My payment process failed. What can I do now?

HOW CAN I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT REALLY FAILED?

Firstly you need to check if, after the checkout process, you landed in the thank you page (you can find an example here below). If you didn't see this page or you didn't receive the order confirmation email its most likely your payment failed.

Then you need to check if you see any debit charge in your bank account.

Please notice that in some occasion you could see the order in your Fizik account order history even if your payments failed. You don't need to worry about it. It's an order not really processed. 

 

HOW CAN I CHECK IF I RECEIVED ANY DEBIT CHARGE?

You need to refer to your bank institute. If the payment went well you will find our debit charge, otherwise you order was not received by us. 

 

WHY I CAN'T PLACE MY ORDER WITH MY CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL?

We accept most common credit and debit circuit. To know which payments method we accept please check here.

 

WHAT CAN I DO?

If you checked the different steps linked above and you haven't seen any thank you page you need to contact our customer service. We will support you in your issue and we will provide soon a solution.
