Fizik.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days of the original delivery date by filling out the dedicated returns form here.

Please be sure you select the country where you placed the order, before you proceed. 

Returns are free for all countries, and you can return all or part of your order if you bought multiple items.

For gift cards, customized products (excluding manufacturing defects), and promotional bundles (e.g. "Buy a saddle, get free bar tape") returns are not allowed.

All returned products must be in new condition, complete with packaging, labels, manuals, and any other item included in the original package. Products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged and, in the case of shoes, must not show any signs of cleat installation.

If any of these conditions are violated, we may choose to refuse the return.
