fizik.com orders can be returned for any reason within 30 days from the delivery date.
To make a quality claim, you must submit a request to our Quality Claim Service by filling out our dedicated claims form.
If you bought from other online stores, please refer to their terms & conditions to return the product.
The standard warranty for a Fizik product covers 2 years from manufacture, or from date of purchase and cover manufacturing defects only. We recognize this 2-year-warranty just on products purchased directly on Fizik.com.
For purchases made on third-party sites or local stores, if your product qualifies under the criteria, please refer directly to the dealer and their Terms & Condition, they will support you.
